Pencarinha Media LLC, doing business as Commercial Cleaning CEO ("CCC," "we," "us," or "our"), collects some personal information from people who apply to work with us. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we ask of you in return.
When you send us an application or take part in our hiring process, you are telling us you have read this page and agree to the confidentiality terms in Section 6. If you do not agree, please do not apply.
Most of this comes from you. Where the law allows, some may come from others, like recruiters, references, or background check companies.
We keep candidate information only as long as we reasonably need it for these reasons and to meet legal record-keeping rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information, or to limit how we use it. To make a request, email [email address]. We may need to confirm who you are first. In some cases the law lets or requires us to say no.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, and access by people who should not have it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
During the hiring process, you may see or hear things about our business that are not public. We call this Confidential Information. It includes our sales scripts, training materials, playbooks, pricing, offers, client and lead lists, numbers and results, software and systems, business plans, and any other information about CCC, our related companies, our team, or our clients that is not available to the public. It counts as confidential even if nobody labels it that way.
By taking part in the hiring process, you agree to:
This promise does not cover information that is already public through no fault of yours, or that you lawfully got from someone else who was free to share it.
All Confidential Information stays our property. Being a candidate does not give you any rights to it. This promise starts when you first receive Confidential Information and continues after the hiring process ends, even if you are not hired.
Because money alone may not fix the harm from a leak, you agree we may ask a court to order you to stop a breach or threatened breach, in addition to any other remedy the law allows.
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
